It is important for every business to become sustainable!

Some viewpoints hold that only an industry as a whole can have an impact, but without each smaller business unit doing its part, the effort as a whole is probably not going to succeed.

In a broader sense, the term sustainability applies to practices that impact the broader biosphere, and that can apply to both the positive and the negative. It can, however, be applied to a single case in terms of a general or even symbolic case study as applied to the broader industry where the single case exists.
